ArchaeologyNet

A business network for archaeologists

On Sunday I began my summer job as a Forest Service employee at Hudson Meng Bison Bonebed. I lead tours through the bonebed and answer questions to the best of my ability. It isn't that bad, and my co workers are nice people. My daughter and I are camping on site as resident employees, and the biggest thing right now is that it hasn't been sunny, just rainy. I am sick of the rain. It also makes the dirt roads out here very slick and nasty, which is going to chase off tourists. I want the sun out soon. The only wish for sun could just as easily be a curse, since it can get 105 degrees out here. Oh well, better the heat than the rain soaking everything.
