- I'm close to finishing my dissertation at NYU and plan to defend in November. My main research interests are Near Eastern and Transcaucasian prehistory, zooarchaeology, pastoralism, and early complex societies. My dissertation examines pastoral economies in the Early Transcaucasian Culture based on faunal data from sites in Eastern Turkey, Armenia, and west-central Iran.
